This notice covers the website reruai.com, operated by Reruai Digital Solution (registration no. NS0236711-A), Malaysia. Our products have their own privacy terms: see operatorai.my and formjer.com.

What this website collects

reruai.com is a static information site. It has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. Like any web server, ours may keep standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) for security and reliability. These are not used to profile visitors.

When you contact us

If you email hello@reruai.com or message us on WhatsApp (+60 12-256 8581), we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and message. We use them only to reply to you, deal with your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence. WhatsApp is run by Meta and email by your and our email providers; their own policies apply to messages passing through their services.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, where required by law, or with your agreement.

Retention

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle them and for our business records, then delete them.

Your rights

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@reruai.com and we will respond.
